Product Description

Machine is suitable for various materials roll to sheet cutting, like regular paper, kraft paper, news paper, folding box board, ivory/sbs board, double side pe coated liquid packaging board, corrugated paper, paperboard, etc.

Main
1. Equipped with imported brand plc.
2. Equipped with hitech touch screen from taiwan, all the parameters can be pre-set up on it.
3. Equipped with emerson frequency inverter motor for material feeding, and servo motor for rotary blade cutting control.
4. Equipped with auto counting system to count the stacking sheet and insert marking label.
5. All transmission rollers have been dynamic/static balance treated.
6. Equipped with emergency switch.

Unwinding section
1. Equipped with shaftless unwinding stand, 3", 6", 12" and even some not standard paper cores are workable in it.
2. Equipped with 20kg/ m2 automatic braking device x 1.
