Features:
SWAFM-1050 automatic laminator is newly developed for the lamination of glueless film or pre-glued film and paper. The machine realizes complete automation to paper feed, lamination, paper cut, paper receiving and temperature control. The electrical and pneumatic devices are controlled by PLC (programmable control) system, and can be operated easily via touch screen. Heating roll adopts built-in oil heating system. To meet users' different applications, paper receiving unit is equipped with not only vibrating receiving table but also winding roller. The laminated paper can be winded automatically if they do not need to be cut.
This machine centralizes the features of high automation, high precision of lamination, humanized configuration and easy operation, and is the best choice with high cost performance for large and medium-size enterprises.
Configuration:
1. Automatic paper feeder adopts oil-free vacuum pump to feed paper automatically. And paper can be added even if the machine is kept running, which improves working efficiency so much.
2. Man-machine interface system: color touch screen simplifies the machine operation. On the touch screen, as long as the operator inputs paper size, overlap length and working speed etc., the machine can realize completely automated operation. And on touch screen, working status of the machine can be checked at any time.
