3.Can your EPE Foam Laminating Machine two foams together that both have cutouts or is it only cutouts to solid pad?

Yes,we can. When laminating two layers EPE Foam that both have cutouts,pls don't remove the waste scraps before laminating.You can remove them after laminating.
